As was said by others - Useless despicable excuses for human beings. They do not help they make things worse. There is no help for mental illness here or anywhere in Berkshire county - it's just about abusing victimizing and blaming the patient and bilking Mass Health for profit.

Egomaniacs who moved a patient with sound sensativity issues to a room with sounds when she wouldn't cooperate. They are rude to patients and family I wouldn't send anyone you love here. She still has terrible memories of this place and wasn't the same after.
