I have been extremely pleased with the care and service provided at the WB VA. I have yet to encounter a staff member that was rude or disrespectful but instead they are always focused on making sure my needs are met. Thank you to all of the dedicated workers who serve fellow veterans - I appreciate your service!

I’ve.been treated in Wilkes Barre Honesdale and Allentown for the past 4 yrs. I have not had a single bad experience with the staff at any of these Wilkes Barre managed facilities.I am particularly appreciative with the cardiac care and cardiac cat unit at Wilkes Barre. The outpatient care is “world class”

I've been going to this VA for sometime and this is hands down the best VA I've been to. Other VA treat the veterans awful and this one goes above and beyond. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Over the past 5 years I've had almost no complaints - and I've been seen by optometry dental mental health family practice emergency dept physical therapy pharmacy and radiology. They have treated me well and never pressured me to get any experimental medications and nowadays that's pretty important.

The staff went above and beyond from my primary Dr Patel to the nuero and surgical team who discovered and corrected my carotid artery. The scheduling staff were also the most dynamic as pre op procedures had to be adjusted accordingly. My thanks to the best VA in America!!

What do you expect. No one wants to live around here so you're never going to find a doctor that cares here. They're here for the benifits... that's it. It's easier to send you home with random medication than it is to care about your health.
