All I can say is your treatment center is considered better than New York. Amanda should have gotten help sooner. But Iam glad that she is there to get help she desperately needed. I hope she gets back to her old self where she belongs. …

I'm epileptic and for some reason the police made me stay there over night after having a seizure. It smelled awful in there. They deprived me of my medication which caused another grand mahl seizure and said I was acting weird like they've never seen one before. These people flew over the cuckoos nest.

This is not a psychiatric facility it is temporary housing for homeless drug addicts who are detoxing. If you do not fall under these parameters they will not help you even if you come in on a hold for suicide. They lost my purse and I had …

Try at all cost to get your loved one somewhere else or get a second opinion on the drugs prescribed for when they leave. My brother was in there for one month and was released totally out of it and drugged up. He died in his sleep 3 days …

Went visit my boyfriend's brother. They say visiting hours begin at 5:30pm on weekdays but at 6:10pm they still hadn't let us (and other people there to visit their loved ones) in. Apparently this lateness is the norm not the exception. …

Absolutely terrible. Not a place to get help for mental health it’s basically a jail. Needed medical attention and it took 8 hours and having to call a patient advocate to get seen by a doctor. This place is scary.

Do not take any loved one here's. There is no sense of urgency. It is not safe here. There is no transparency and no communication between nurse and doctor and patient and family. I wouldn't want this kind of treatment on anyone or even my worst enemy.

Had a friend go here and they treated her awful. Staff is very rude and uncaring. Please get help elsewhere.
