Went there for about 4 months a few years back. Fell down the stairs (got a concussion and it irritated my back injury) because they're terrible at house keeping (they gave out ice cream and sweets like crazy). When I came back after a day in the ER they only seemed to care if I was going to sue. Avoid this place like the plague.

Other than a dauntingly long check in process there are no complaints so far. Check in took almost a full 24 hours with covid testing and insurance approvals. But the services and staff were kind and the space felt safe during the stay. They called every day with updates and the staff worked well. Thank you for your help.
