Corrupt! Once you sign on they come up with a flaw reason to make you do additional classes to pay them more money! The owner is Freinds with a Harford County judge and will nail you if you do one thing wrong. Stay away from this place- you been warned- im not the only one they screwed over- it happens here a lot
