I am a mentally ill person myself and i think that trilogy is an asset to the community they might have strict rules but their group i remember was very educating i am going back i need their help again and i highly recommend anyone who is struggling with a mental illnesses to go to trilogy and seek their support if possible
I have a son who has benefited tremendously from being associated with Trilogy. He was unable to sustain living independently until he joined Trilogy. They have a professional. staff that truly cares about their clients and teaches them the skills and coping methods necessary to enjoy an independent life.
I love the new location if anyone is looking for a good place to take a date or your kids you can't go wrong.
I love trilogy. Ive been a client since 2009. They helped me get everything I needed to take care of business. Birth certificate id. I'm grateful for them. People including me need to remember case managers are human so they do make mistakes.

Google maps is so efficient that I made it to my destination 2 hours ahead of schedule. I found trilogy to be filled with caring and hard-working people.

I use to be a client at Trilogy. i have moved on but i do miss some of the staff members there like Dr Carrier Pam in the clinic i miss Caroline and Megan Ray and another Megan in job group. there were some things that Trilogy was not good at and that was helping some one who was in crisis

The company does well to provide services for those who have any form of mental illness and works with heartland health centers and Genoa pharmacy closely. If you require mental health services or assistance with substance use than this is a great company to work with.

Not worth it I would suggest another support group. They NEVER contact you on time or answer calls and when you need assistance you're put on a waiting list which takes months or even years. Some team members are nice but others look down on people going through a crisis. Bad experience.
