Swedish put an incorrect billing number on one of my family's claims 12 months later and numerous phone calls it is still not sorted out and we are receiving wrong bills. Their billing customer service has been terrible and their follow up post our conversations non existent. I will never use any Swedish services again.
A terrible experience sadly. With all the intellectuals in the Seattle community all of us are subject to the abuse of this hospital.
