Court-ordered outpatient treatment

Intensive case management

Intensive Case Management (ICM) is an essential service in the mental health care continuum for individuals with severe mental illness. ICM evolved from Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Case Management (CM) and emphasizes frequent contact, small caseloads, and high-intensity care to improve the consumer's quality of life.
