I called this # countless times to try and establish primary care. I either get forwarded to the Brooklyn VA or just plane humg up on. It's a shame because I would love to have a PCM in staten island without having to go to brooklyn!

There is this one nurse at the desk there at the VA clinic who is nasty nasty woman. She always has an attitude and is very rude to the vets.
