I never had an issue at he clinic but if someone is rude they should be repermanded or just leave and get another line of work.

I called this # countless times to try and establish primary care. I either get forwarded to the Brooklyn VA or just plane humg up on. It's a shame because I would love to have a PCM in staten island without having to go to brooklyn!
