The lab is super slow. Its a "take a number" system. In the last hour 3 numbers were called and I still have 7 more to go. I've been waiting for over an hour and a half. At this rate I can expect to be here all day.

I can't say that I have had good experiences here. The employees think that we owe them something. Go work at University med center with that attitude you owe every veteran that walks through those doors your gratitude. If you go to the VA hospital in New Orleans you are thanked for your service non stop. Not in Slidell.

What is the matter with this place? I brought my elderly veteran father here today and NOT A SOUL was in the lobby/reception area to assist him. I finally had to walk into an office to ask for help and the lady behind the desk appeared to be annoyed that I interrupted her work. Need more courtesy toward our veterans.
