This place is truly run like a business not a caring mental health center. Beware! They are unsympathetic and are only out for a buck. It may take you awhile to catch on to my opinion but soon you'll see what a racket it is.

This place truly doesn't care always what they want never what the patient wants. There always late to call or even no show for appointments then when I go to call them im always sent to voice mail and never get answered back until hours or days later.

With the scarce mental health resources available in the state of NH this practice has been an oasis in the desert. Thank you to all from the Front Desk staff to the Billing staff and everyone in between (providers we have had contact with have been wonderful) for being so kind and nurturing. Your work is important!

They need more doctors and clinicians to service patients. Getting in for services is impossible and the clinicians they send to the hoapital ER are horrible in dealing with patients in crisis

Because I couldn't get to the office due to back problem they didn't fill my perscriptions that are due and stopping all the sudden has serious side affects I called office first thing in the morning and 3 times after and nobody ever returned my call

Confirmed intake at the Portsmouth location twice only to drive 45 minutes to the location in question to be told the intake was (first come first serve) in Exeter. Not interested in working with an office who can't get their act together.

If I could rate this less than a one I would. They do not care or offer any form of support and I am sickened by it.
