QBH is a great place to vent. they don't do much to teach coping skills and they tend to go through councilors like the average person goes through underwear. I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE people to waste their time receiving services from this counciling center.

The staff is very professional and kind. Yet it is very have to get quality care because of the extemly high turn over rate cancelation rescheuleing and not having consistent appointment times.

This place ruined my life. They took away everything and shipped me out of state when they didn't want to deal with me. Absolutely horrible. Avoid at all costs. They cause more harm than good.

The knowledge and care of the Doctor Ernster is outstanding. His staff made me very comfortable. I am so happy to finally get the proper health care I have needed for years.

3 years of pointless counseling. The kind where u talk and talk but get nowhere. And rude staff yes and theres nothing quality about it. Has to be at the bottom of the list for mental health.

Consider training your employees on how to treat people coming in for behavioral health services. Whoever answered the phone when I called was extremely condescending and less than helpful. This is frankly dangerous to have people who act like that answering your phones when people are calling in crisis.

Literally the worst therapy I've ever had. Offered no help at all. Good if all you want to do is vent. Bad if you need any kind of real help at all. You'd be better off on your own. Sad that this is the extent of our mental health system in the LC Valley.

Not recommended for behavioral issues in children. They change staff constant and if a child has a melt down they call the police. They only listen and chart and if you read your records and charts you will see …
