I have had good experiences when getting healthcare here. They do tele and video appointments. They are very responsive when you call in I have never had an issue. My primary Doctor Dr. Kim is awesome. I have not had great experiences in the past with other locations but I trust the Naples location.

I went to visit the VA in Naples and couldn't find it because the signage is terrible. If you come around from the back side there is no sign that indicates you are at the VA Clinic. Also no sign on the building. It would be helpful if you added more signage:)

I concur with Mr. Jones that Dr. Wackendorf is a superior Physical at this Naples VA. I have been treated there for almost two years. Dr. Wackendorf answers my email same day. Usually it is for prescription questions. Of course they are very busy but when you are with him he does not leave until he is finished.
