I went to visit the VA in Naples and couldn't find it because the signage is terrible. If you come around from the back side there is no sign that indicates you are at the VA Clinic. Also no sign on the building. It would be helpful if you added more signage:)

I have had good experiences when getting healthcare here. They do tele and video appointments. They are very responsive when you call in I have never had an issue. My primary Doctor Dr. Kim is awesome. I have not had great experiences in the past with other locations but I trust the Naples location.

Disgusting place and people as usual. Drop in with an emergency. Extreme pain under my Left shoulder blade radiating down my left arm. I left unattended 2.5 hrs later. One of them made a comment “this is not the ER”. Who that’s !!!!!
