I went to the monoclonal infusion center at montefiore. I was given the finest care by the most dedicated friendly and friendly staff. they gave one on one care.i feel great with treatment .I received a follow up call two days later.it was immaculate and superbly staffed.

Wether your admitted or in the er you are treated with no compassion here. Only some nurses are nice but for the most part it feels as if the staff its only here to get there paycheck. Everything takes long. And you have to be on top of the nurses. It should be the other way around. Avoid this place
