Terrible customer service and front office is rude. Their employees are not very knowledgeable about the services they provide. Sometimes they fail to email you when a class is going to be postponed yet they expect you to pay $ for their mistakes.

The one star is for the the instructors and zoom otherwise zero stars for the rude reception and worse management. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be many places to take DUI classes so options are limited. I would never recommend this place.
