Very uneven level of service. As an adult with ADHD I can honestly say that throughout the 15+ years since being diagnosed I've received much better treatment from physicians in the private sector. The Jefferson Center for Mental …

Our family has had wonderful support and services from JCMH. We have dealt with several Mental Health Centers and feel very fortunate that we have found the resources and staff available through JCMH.

I've been apart of jcmh since 2013. I have had over 13 counselors here. The turn over rate is a lot. I did like most of the counselors but having to get a new one every single year and then twice a year. It is hard. It is disappointing when you connect with a counselor then they leave.

Could not even get an appointment for six months and what a drawn out process even getting scheduled. Very sad that nobody wants to actually work or help you anymore. Trying to get help for my teen and it was just a very long process of hoops to jump through. Sad excuse for a mental health facility!

Does not care about anybody. No wonder there are so many mentally ill homeless on the streets of Denver. Shameful!

I had the worst experience at this location due to lack of communication by the receptionist Laura. She had given us specific directions to walk and wait upstairs to be seen by the doctor and so we we waited after an hr in a half we …

Incompetence and barbaric 'care'. I was screamed at to try dangerous EMDR that caused suicidal ideation. The therapist refused to perform it but M Buchler yelled that she did not believe me even though I gave her the number to the EMDR …

It's like high school counselors playing big boy or big girl therapist. They offer no diagnosis "therapy" consists of an hour long conversation about your dog (or whatever). It's a waste of time if you have an actual illness. Unless you're …

Jcmh discriminates against people who are legally disabled under federal law. Any lawyers out there wanna chat? I only need 10 minutes and you'll see a huge immediate lawsuit to pursue and make a lot of money. I really don't care about the money I just want justice to be served to the tyrant employees and supervisors and David Goff.

Pretty much rush you thru as fast as possible. No time for anything above surface level concerns. Probably the worst bed side manner I've ever experienced. When I tried to get an appointment they sent me to the wrong place and then …

The decline of JCMH over the past few years has been hard to watch not to mention experience as a client. In the decade I've been going there I've been through 4 separate medication providers (only one of those changes was made by choice) …
