Horribly managed and the staff are improperly trained. The poor service sadly seems to be because of willful ignorance more than a true sense of incompetence. They gravely misdiagnosed me and then refused any type of treatment when I could be in great shape right now.

This is our VA of choice however for the outreach clinic is not much help. They will ask you to do their job for them and call other clinics they are trying to refer you to and facilitate your own care. What's the point of this outreach clinic then?
