Called and the phone was accidentally answered by someone and then I got to sit and listen to the office staff there in the blue clinic talk and laugh and carry on for about 11 minutes before they realized the phone had been answered and hung up on me. Then no answer after that and I called several times throughout the day
Called and waited over an hour with a recording. First in line for 30 minutes. Then it just hung up. Obvious supervisors had left and no one to watch hen house.
Called for an appointment 10 people in queue ahead of me. Waited on hold for an hour and 20 minutes before it said no one was available to answer (guess they went to lunch) and I would get a call back. It's 2018 how is this a thing still? At the very least offer the call back at the beginning.
Called to check on a prescription that was submitted by my primary care Physician just to find that it takes 24 hours to expect a call back.
Getting an appointment is the hardest thing. Is there only 1 person talking calls in that facility?! If you need to contact your doctor it's a hassle. I'm really disappointed. Finds PCM elsewhere if you can.
