The ONLY reason I gave 1 star is because the others there are not bad. One particular Doctor is too lazy to even do ONE simple letter for my DOT Physical clearance even though I pass (and surpass) all clearance criteria.

I've literally been on hold for an appointment for more than 5 hours now. Started this morning Number 41 in the waiting queue and currently at Number 12. Called and waited over an hour with a recording. First in line for 30 minutes. Then it just hung up. Obvious supervisors had left and no one to watch hen house.
Called for an appointment 10 people in queue ahead of me. Waited on hold for an hour and 20 minutes before it said no one was available to answer (guess they went to lunch) and I would get a call back. It's 2018 how is this a thing still? At the very least offer the call back at the beginning.
Called to check on a prescription that was submitted by my primary care Physician just to find that it takes 24 hours to expect a call back.
