I owe my life to the kindness and grace of the staff at Crisis. I had to check myself in there multiple times over several years but that compassion never changed. The staff there are truly Saints ... if ya act right.

I hate calling this place. When you call them they'll just let the phone ring and if they do pick up they'll hang right up in your face without saying hello.

When I was told I was getting discharged they had a sherrif there waiting for me. Got put in handcuffs. Didn't tell I was being transferred until I arrived to where they drove me to the place. There for a little over 24 hours and wouldn't ever recommend this place. Rude front desk people. Rude security guards and ride staff.

Whole staff rude! Been standing outside for over 10 minutes for a TB test. But on the phone they said no appointment is needed and to just come! Nobody wants to stand and wait outside in the sun! Also they just came out and said I can’t be seen! After waiting outside over 15 min

My daughter has been and I have been seeing her improving. I think it is working but because she has been willing to work on recovery by using the tools they gave her. So I guess you have to be willing to put in the work.

Can not comment on the status of the care here but the administration and front desk are about the sorriest excuse for trained professionals I've ever seen. Entered with a patient who was of not sound mind and was engaged in a crisis and was told to leave and receive evaluation at local hospital. A shame! Do not look here for help.
