While Quetiapine may still cause EPS in some individuals, it is generally considered to have a lower risk of these symptoms compared to other antipsychotics.

Risperidone

Risperidone also an atypical antipsychotics thats used in the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and irritability associated with autism, may differ from similar medications in its class because its able to be administered via a long-acting injection that is given every two weeks.
