Discriminates against youth participants. Opened only 12-3pm for services. Services from 9pm-5am unless staying at shelter. Highly understaffed because of Liz. New rules once a month. Three shower slots until shelter which based of the list. If theres 6 people the shower is going to be at 11:30pm at night.
