The nurse refused to gave me my proscribed dose of medication because ' I didn't clear it with her ' even though both federal and state controlled substance statutes clearly state that the prescribing physician is the person who DECIDES a patient's dose not the nurse. The nurse is there to DISTRIBUTE the medication.
