This place offers interactive video conferencing classes. While they're long (4 hours) you'll hardly notice the time has passed because it's so interactive. Everyone shares their stories and challenges and it helps immensely in improving everyone's growth.

I got a lot of information from this class which I was not expecting. The group I was in did a lot of sharing of their own experiences that really let you know that you are not the only one having these life issues. I also was able to get some great ideas and materials to help with communicating with my ex wife in the future.

I scheduled and paid for this class through a few emails. Joined a zoom meeting and basically answered 8 questions throughout a 2 hr period. It was what I'd call common sense stuff. But it was pretty positive and I honestly think more people should take this class....seriously

I actually was court ordered to take a parenting class and I chose to attend the H.O.P.E. Parenting course with Dr. Jan. Because of coronavirus it was a zoom class. I actually really enjoyed it.
