Sure would be nice if someone answered the phone in eligibility/admissions. Tried x2275 about 20x always busy. Also tried x2597 at least a dozen times and it goes to a VM saying don't leave a message. Does not seem to value its clients much

This place is an absolute debacle of a VA. No single section communicates with each other. You talk to 10 different people you’ll get 10 different answers. VAs are notoriously bad but this one takes it to a to a new level.

Russ stayed for 2 weeks respite care. He enjoyed the food praised all the employees and he was social for the first time in ages. Russ has said he would like to go again for respite and is hoping he will end up here as his disease progresses. Thank you VA for giving us some joy!
