I went here for an assessment and had a great experience with the assessor. Shes amazing. My major issue is with the woman in medical records who is an extremely rude individual.

Since we started going here for the pediatric psych in February there has been non-stop issues. The biggest one? They NEVER send the prescriptions over. It usually takes multiple calls to get them to send it after the appointment. I once had to ask them for a week to fax over a prescription. How this place operates is ridiculous.

Banyan treatment center is the best place to go if you’re looking to get clean. As a client I was treated with the best level of care by the staff. I was able to get a life second to none.And I’m so grateful for banyan and the staff who helped me get to where I wanted to be!
