ER on a Saturday night. In and out in 2 hours including triage radiology exam diagnosis treatment and prescriptions. Having just gone through a hellish experience with my Dad (6 hours in the ER at GBMC with staff treating him in the waiting room) this was great.

If they had more people in there that care about Veterans like Shandra Brown in imaging that place would be top notch. The 5 stars are for HER. Whoever takes the calls for MRI scheduling needs a new job though. My own Mama never talked down to me like that. He is lucky he works from home or he would catch these hands.

Went in for an X-ray at 10:00 am....I left at 6:30 am to enjoy the breakfast on the 2nd floor. I went to Radiology by 7:45 am. I went back for my x-ray by 8:00 am and was on my way home by 8:30 am. Fast somewhat friendly service. My first visit...we'll see what happens next week.....
