The appointment ran on time. My appointment was with Dr. Paik and I felt like I had a dialog with him about my care. He listens and addresses any and all concerns and I never felt rushed. He is extremely knowledgeable and I feel like my health is in great hands.
The nurses in the ER were absolutely fantastic that took care of me I couldn't ask for any better care. In the doctor that took control of my situation was top of his game so glad I've been there twice and they've always taken great care of me!
The stay at this hospital was amazing. I didn't have to ask for anything they would know when my pain med was starting to wear off. This was my first time ever to Deland Hospital. I was having a surgery on my posterior tibial tendon. Dr David Watts was my surgeon from Florida Orthopaedic Associates. The staff from the front door to my exit was very friendly caring and efficient.

It was hectic and noisy. Waited a very long time for the doctors after I was admitted and then the cardiologist did not have a very good bed side manner. I would never go to him for my heart issues. The other staff were great.
This is for my visit to the lab on Monday 11/28. Why does it open at 6:00 when the people drawing blood are not there until closer to 7:00. Makes absolutely no sense to me. We come early to enable us to do the other many tasks that our day holds.
