Counslors and nurses are extremely kind. I slept thru most my withdrawl with very little discomfort. The detox meds were just right no hangover. Clean rooms so the food was my only complaint a lil bla. Detox made easy but realized aftercare is very important. If you need to detox this is the place to be. Felt safe

Put it simply....They are there to earn a pay check. No one there cares about your addiction. They give you meds and stick you in a room. Absolutely no support for the bigger picture of your addiction.

The staff was lame and the head guy was a jerk. All they did was keel me high and hardly checked on me. The nurses were rarely at the nurses station. The were back in the employee break room watching movies. When my wife called nobody ever answered. I will never go back there!

There were different (often contradictory) messages coming from a variety of sources. I felt left in the dark about my own treatment. Beds are incredibly uncomfortable food is mostly carbs and the doctor was absent most of the time. If you want to be treated as a real person - choose a different Detox facility.
