They do the bare minimum to help you. Depending on wich location you use. Federal way is awesome Auburn however sucks and it's clear that its just a job to them and no passion or desire to really help anyone.

I was expecting to be treated as if I was a burden. I thought perhaps the staff would be giving me an eye roll as I silently sobbed. I saw other patients berating and verbally abusing the staff and thought there was no way the staff cared …

Substandard care Substandard counselors Substandard EVERYTHING!!! Used to go there then their people started jumping ship...needless to say " don't go here " you'll never get the help you need with the current staff. A leach would do better than sitting in here with their pathetic help.

Do not get a court ordered assessment from Dak. He provides false and misleading information without permission and lies within the profile. Good luck finding cd counseling that is honest and fair about a person's wellness.

I worked there. It is a horrible place not only for employees but clients. There is no safety for their employees. They don't care. Don't ever go to work there

I've only gone here a handful of times and can honestly say the staff are overworked. There's a lack of communication between client and staff. I was stupidly discharged for no reason and can no longer get the medication I need.

Shaming and gaslighting is not something you expect when going to a mental health facility but that’s definitely what I received. Apparently empathy compassion and a person-centered approach is not much of a thing here. Seattle …

So far I've had a negative experience with this facility. Staff is not very organized I've been waiting for over a month to be reassessed so I can transfer to a different location and they can't seem to figure that out? Very displeased. It's disappointing to see that they handle something as serious as CD so nonchalantly.
