I am not sure why i always hear horror stories about the VA maybe in the valleys case we have a good VA with great staff. Scheduling is easy i am usually in and out within 30 minutes for whatever my visit requires. My C&P examiners have been extremely kind helpful respectful and seem like they genuinely care.
