I thought I would have to wait a long time and be brutalized with the testing swab but I was pleasantly surprised that the whole drive-up process only took 15 minutes! Dr. Jura is a great pediatrician and my boys love her. That is Spectrum's only saving grace. Customer/Patient service is terrible lost records failure to send documents on several occasions. A few of the MA's could really use a course in "People skills" as well. I recommend seeking other options first.
