They are SO helpful I truly recommend that if you need any help you should go here. They also have physicians that go on a sliding scale so that's great too!

My son is trying to get help there. They regularly reschedule his appointments. He's on antipsychotics and no one has seen him in months. No one checks on him. He has a new case worker with every visit. He's not "slipping through the cracks " he's being kicked and shoved through the cracks by these people.

Staff needs more training as left does not know what right is doing. All my daughter learned in an alleged supervised art class was how to buff glue. They over promote their liberal views and laughed in my face in regards to faith based counseling. I would not send a stray animal there for help.

They canceled two of my appointments in a row and made me wait a month and half between additional appointments which forced me to either miss work when i could barely pay bills or get off my meds not reliable for mental health services

They decided not to refill my long standing mental stability med unless I came in and sat in their lobby for 8 hours hoping for my Dr to have a cancellation. I have to work I can't just sit in the lobby all day! So off my meds thanks to Cope!

Tried calling to get some info and it was a nightmare. Everyone talks so fast at you and you can't get 2 words in before getting cold-transferred to someone. And then immediately they transfer you to someone else. It's ridiculous and like you're bothering people just trying to get some info and they can't get off the phone fast enough.

What a joke! This clinic will not help only send you in circles to find help. I see why so many slip through the cracks no one wants to actually do their job. It's a shame to see state funds going to this joke of a place.

I will agree with the rest of the people that have commented on this COPE but however I can also say this. I transferred to this COPE from CODAC back in 2003 and I moved out of Arizona in 2015. In the begging of 2003 it was a nice place to …
