Absolutely horrible treatment from 1 male staff person (he didn't introduce his self & was holding his name badge) towards family. Threatened to call APS for verbal abuse to client from family (when none was there) but should have reported neglect on their part for releasing the client after they voiced they wanted to "hurt" themselves.
