Family psychoeducation

Intensive case management

It involves building a caring and trustworthy relationship with the consumer, promoting their independence by coordinating appropriate services and providing ongoing, long-term support. ICM evolved from Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Case Management (CM) and emphasizes frequent contact, small caseloads, and high-intensity care to improve the consumer's quality of life. The case manager coordinates services from multiple systems as the consumer's needs change, working to help them achieve their recovery goals and stabilize their lives. Intensive case management is critical in providing the support and resources that consumers need to improve their quality of life.

Housing that offers independence and normality, along with customizable supportive services that enable individuals to retain their autonomy to the greatest extent feasible.

Vocational rehabilitation services
