My son had excellent care there. Everyone was kind and caring. The Social worker was highly involved and kept our family update. It’s always a hard place to be but felt his care was good.
The place operated quite well considering the staffing issues (i.e. staffing shortage). Food was decent programming was good (except weekends/holidays). Staff was kind and on top of escalating issues. I felt comfortable and safe there considering it was a strange place to be in.
