I tried calling them FOR AN HOUR to get my appointment time. Go up there and what do I see?! They are all just sitting there IGNORING THE PHONES!!!! They then proceeded to get an attitude with me for not knowing my appointment time and told me to leave until that time!!!! I'm SEVERELY upset.
