My husband had a MRI done and from the time we walked in we received great customer service. Nurses kept informing us of the delay and apologized. Once he went in they kept checking on him and made him feel very special. Thank you for service received.
Great experience! First time in the emergency. Very busy. But service and communication flawless. I never went to a room. But everyone myself included was treated in waiting room. It was amazing to see such care obviously short staffed for capacity. Yet not one upset or overwhelmed employee noted. A1 emergency care.
