Great experience! First time in the emergency. Very busy. But service and communication flawless. I never went to a room. But everyone myself included was treated in waiting room. It was amazing to see such care obviously short staffed for capacity. Yet not one upset or overwhelmed employee noted. A1 emergency care.

She made sure I had ice and fresh water. It was a very pleasant room. Brand new and well kept. Keep up the good work.
