Oakwood staff and facilities are as good as it gets. I have access to private medical care and VA medical care. I would just as soon go to Oakwood as any other care facility VA private or public. I believe that says a lot. The staff is professional but polite. Wait times are always within the projected times.

Went for lab work at Oakwood VA Clinic this morning and it only took 5-8 minutes. Unbelievable!!! And the staff was positive and extremely friendly. You don't alway find this at the VA facilities. I highly recommend the lab staff.

Went to this facility twice - once for a hearing aid fitting and once for a check up. In both cases the treatment was professional impersonal and efficient. Everything was clean and new and there was very little waiting past the appointed time. Even the parking was convenient.
