Staff was very polite and friendly. The waiting room had lots of seating available. I just moves to the area so I was happy to learn that they also have pediatrics across the hall.. A dentist upstairs and a pharmacy upstairs aswell. So convenient
The best chase brexton location nice and kind bilingual personal nurses and Doctors. I visited Columbia center Mont Vernon and I prefer 1k% Glen burnie more that 4 years visiting Glen Burnie even when I moved I prefer drive even 40mnt. Now I live close to Columbia I keep driving to Glen burnie.

I've never had a problem here. Its convenient and I can get my blood work done in the same office. I do with their pharmacy had better hours though (Also FYI the pharmacy phone tree was broken last time I called it and I don't know if they fixed it but it just sent me in a loop instead of redirecting my call)
I had the chance to come here and I was serviced by samantha the nurse who was very professional and overall made my Exp an excellent one. Andreina the receptionist was very helpful and friendly as well. Overall good place and good service.

They are the absolute worst. It seems like they only want to service the Hispanic patients. Every time I come in I get dirty looks from them. And the doctors seem to be grossed out with my child?? Why are you a pediatrician if you’re grossed by a child?? I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

No one ever answers the phone so you can make an appointment!! I was on hold for 30 minutes!!! Steer clear of this place. They do not care about your well being!!
They'll schedule you for 820am and send you a dozen emails and texts telling you to show up 15-20 minutes early but they won't even let you on the 3rd floor until 815am... Don't waste your time showing up early.
Online say that you can walk in and they will help you get insurance. Nope! they ask me if I was an American citizen and then was told that they only help people who don't have papers . And handed me piece of paper with a phone to call.. which was no help because the mail box was full.

I do not recommend making an appointment here. They have the rudest scheduling department I’ve ever come across in my entire life in any medical practice or other wise.
