The support staff at this hospital is so wonderful. The woman who works at outpatient radiology registration desk helped us so much! In addition the aide Anna who pushed the wheelchair and the radiology tech were all so helpful. Surgical center nurses also wonderful!

ER Staff was friendly but made horrible errors. Didn’t diagnose two ear infections we found at urgent care the next day. Told us we could give our 1 year old Tylenol and ibuprofen at the same time. Once again everyone was nice and polite but lacked where it truly mattered.
ER. They are seriously understaffed. We waited 3 hrs for the results of a CT scan and waited 3 more hrs for the doctor to come and give us the results. Waited 2 hrs to have blood sugar checked (is diabetic). Unacceptable. Staff is courteous but obviously had too many patients to deal with.
Father (90 years) is scheduled for a bone marrow biopsy. Cannot contact anyone to discuss medical history and concerns. I have been on hold with various departments all afternoon. No answer. No voice mail. Biopsy is scheduled for tomorrow
